Status inquiry for the Equipment Supplementary Explanation Form and Expenditure Item Change Application
- Date received: the date the application reaches the Higher Education Sprout Project Office. No result means the Office has not received it.
- Approval date: the date the Office approves the application after review.
- Collection: after approval, visit the Office and present the form number to collect the relevant material.
